Renee and Brett

Wow, it was a gorgeous day in Lawrence yesterday. A great day to get married...and that is just what sweet little Renee and Brett did. LOVE this couple. They were incredibly calm through flowers for the ceremony getting frozen to death (literally) in the refrigerator the day before the wedding... programs getting printed hours before the wedding with a solo instead of a duet for the ceremony. Whew, right? I had a great time and I hope the two of you have a wonderful time in Italy on your honeymoon.

P.S. the burn on my arm from me leaning into a hot iron while taking pictures at the hair salon still hurts! But it was worth it. I am so clumsy.   :)

Anna and Trevor

Whoa, it was another fabulous wedding.

Anna and Trevor are incredibly wonderful together. Love the moment after the wedding in the lobby when Trevor looked at Anna with a soft smile and said in a sweet admiring tone, "you're my wife." HEART MELT!!!!

Dogs, Dogs, Dogs, Dogs

Count it kids....FOUR adorable dogs. We've got Boris, Benny, Reilly and Bindi. Aughhh, how much do I loooove photographing dogs???? A WHOLE BUNCH! And what do you know, I bumped into my neighbor down the street for the first time, and it just happened that her parents were out of town and she was watching the dogs and it came up that I did pet photography and the next thing you know...we're doing a doggy shoot for a surprise for her parents. Sneaky huh? It was fun Sarah...now let's get to planning that block party!  :)

p.s.
my super talented photographer friend, Josh, gave me out of control amazing directions on how to get pictures on my blog bigger....and I need to get to learning how to do that. Until then, you can click on an image to see it bigger.
